We have worked hard over the years to provide the best of equipment, so that our customers can be sure that failure and breakage are kept to a minimum. But realistically, some componant in a kitchen is bound to fail or need service at some stage. Downtime can cost a company dearly. We are now offering service contracts, and can offer these to any company, even if they have not purchased equipment from us.
