Our service department is the back bone of our Company. Over the last 34 years we have developed our service offering to provide a wide geographical spread of service teams, fast response and 24/7 call out. We are very aware that having equipment out of order is unacceptable in a busy kitchen or business environment and this is why we work to have faster response times than most. We pride ourselves on providing a service team that can ensure that your equipment is back in action as quickly as possible.
All our service engineers are qualified and certified to work on the equipment we supply and our team receives training from our equipment manufacturers on an ongoing basis. Our service vans hold a stock of supplies and our goal is to fix the equipment on site there and then.
