For many years Cork Bar Bar & Catering have been working with Dunmore Hotel providing Sales and Service to their food and catering operations. In 2023 we began working with the Family owned Hotel on plans to renovate their main kitchen for the Award Wining Adrift Restaurant and Hotel Bar. The works involved the complete refurbishment of the kitchen and the installation of a Stage of the Art Bespoke Kitchen to service the hotel for years to come. The works included new Bespoke Cooking Suite, Preperation Area, Pass, Canopies, Wash Up Area, Desert and Beverage Area and a Dedicated Pass for the new Kitchen. Working with our suppliers and Hotels contractors the entire project was compete in 10 weeks.
