After Sales Service

Our ser­vice depart­ment is the back bone of our Com­pany. Over the last 34 years we have devel­oped our ser­vice offer­ing to pro­vide a wide geo­graph­i­cal spread of ser­vice teams, fast response and 24/7 call out. We are very aware that hav­ing equip­ment out of order is unac­cept­able in a busy kitchen or busi­ness envi­ron­ment and this is why we work to have faster response times than most. We pride our­selves on pro­vid­ing a ser­vice team that can ensure that your equip­ment is back in action as quickly as possible.

All our ser­vice engi­neers are qual­i­fied and cer­ti­fied to work on the equip­ment we sup­ply and our team receives train­ing from our equip­ment man­u­fac­tur­ers on an ongo­ing basis. Our ser­vice vans hold a stock of sup­plies and our goal is to fix the equip­ment on site there and then.
